About the Role:

We're seeking a driven, commercially minded Senior New Business Sales Executive for our client, a leader in risk management and claims administration within the logistics sector. In this pivotal role, you will focus on expanding the company's footprint by acquiring new clients and building high-value partnerships with freight, logistics, and courier providers.

This isn't just a traditional sales role; it requires a consultative expert who can navigate complex B2B engagements, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and shape market strategy. You will lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and virtual meetings to in-person visits - demonstrating a value proposition that focuses on revenue generation and risk mitigation. This is an opportunity for a self-driven professional to take ownership of a territory and drive significant impact within a high-performance environment.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency, with clear and concise communication.
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years in New Business sales. Experience with predominantly high value B2B targets.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in B2B Freight, Logistics, courier, or supply chain industries required. 
  • CRM  & Pipeline Management: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to maintain accurate forecasting, activity records, and pipeline health.
  • Consultative Selling: The ability to lead complex sales engagements, presenting sophisticated solutions to owners, directors, and senior executives.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, including monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for in-person client visits and industry trade shows.
